In short — This site does not ask for or store personal information such as names, e-mail addresses or accounts. It runs no visitor analytics, and convenience data such as tree allocations, board state and language setting stays in your browser's local storage only. Item text you paste is never sent to this site's server; only when you click "Open in trade" does your browser pass the search conditions to the official trade site. If ads are ever added, the "Advertising" section of this document will be updated first.
1. What the website (poe.aquapado.com) collects

There is no sign-up, login or comment feature, so no name, e-mail address or password is collected.
2. Browser storage (stays on this device only)
Each tool's convenience features are saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and are never sent to the server. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- Language setting (English/Korean)
- Atlas passive tree: allocated nodes, pinned nodes and last-used slot for 3 slots
- Passive tree: allocated nodes and pins per class and slot, last-used class and slot
- Betrayal planner: board state, reward tier settings, farming plan, dismissed notices
- Scarab prices: the stash-tab row order you changed
Share links for the atlas and passive trees carry the allocation in the URL hash (#). Browsers do not send the hash to the server.
3. External API calls
- Scarab prices (/scarabs) — this site's server fetches prices from poe.ninja and relays them with a 10-minute cache. No user input is forwarded (only the league name is part of the request). Scarab and unique item icons are loaded by your browser directly from Grinding Gear Games' CDN (web.poecdn.com), so the usual connection data (IP address etc.) reaches that CDN.
- PoB import (/passive) — the Path of Building code or link you enter is received and parsed by this site's server. For a link, the server fetches the raw code from poe.ninja, pobb.in or pastebin.com (or the address you entered). The server returns only the parsed tree data and does not store the code.
- Price check (/price) — the item text you paste is parsed inside your browser and is not sent to this site's server. When you click "Open in trade", the search conditions (item type, modifiers, values, league) are placed in the URL and opened by your browser on the official trade site (pathofexile.com, or poe.game.daum.net for Korean-realm items). Processing from there on follows that site's policy.
- All other data (atlas and passive trees, unique list, trade stat list, Korean translations) is downloaded from files stored on this site in advance. Server routes that relay the official trade API (/api/trade/*) remain in the code but are not used by any page at present.
4. Advertising
There are currently no third-party ads on this site. Google AdSense ads may be introduced to cover running costs, and this section will be updated first if that happens. The following would then apply.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings and manage other vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
- Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will see a consent dialog before any ads are shown.

- This site has no feature that stores user data on the server, so there is no personal information on the server to request access to or deletion of. Browser storage data can be cleared in your browser settings.
